How to activate and use Quipy Keyboard?


Activate Keyboard

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘General’
  2. Tap ‘Keyboard’
  3. Tap ‘Add New Keyboard’
  4. Tap ‘Quipy Keyboard’
  5. Turn on ‘Allow Full Access’
Switch to Quipy Keyboard
  1. Touch and hold ‘Globe’ Button
  2. Tap ‘Quipy Keyboard’

How to send Auto Text using Quipy keyboard?


  1. Tap on an 'auto text card' to get the auto text ready on the text field.
  2. Tap ‘send’ button to send the auto text.




How to send information and product picture using Quipy keyboard?


  1. Tap on a 'product card' to get the information ready on the text field and the image being copied.
  2. Tap ‘send’ button to send the product information.
  3. Tap the 'text field' and tap ‘paste’ button to paste the product image.
  4. Tap ‘send’ button to send the product image.




How to send transaction information or invoice using Quipy keyboard?


  1. Tap on a 'transaction card' to get the invoice ready on the text field.
  2. Tap ‘send’ button to send the invoice.




Why can't I access my data in Quipy Keyboard?


​​​​​​ Quipy keyboard can only help you to access your data if you allow full access. Here's how to turn on allow full access:

  1. Open ‘Settings’ > ‘General’
  2. Tap ‘Keyboard’
  3. Tap ‘Quipy Keyboard’
  4. Turn on ‘Allow Full Access’




Why do I have to allow full access?


Full access allows you to use all of the Quipy features using the keyboard. Quipy keyboard can only provide your data from the keyboard if you allow full access. Don't worry, Quipy is not designed to access text fields marked sensitive, such as credit card, password, search history, and URL you typed using Quipy keyboard




How to allow full access?


  1. Open ‘Settings’ > ‘General’
  2. Cari pilihan ‘Keyboard’
  3. Pilih ‘Quipy Keyboard’
  4. Nyalakan ‘Allow Full Access’





Auto Text

What is the difference between Transaction Auto Text and Custom Auto Text?


Transaction Auto Text keeps message template that are related to invoice/transaction. Therefore, Transaction Auto Text cannot be deleted. However, you can change the content with your own language style to make it more personalized. Custom Auto Text keeps Auto Text that you can add, edit, and delete yourself.




How to change transaction message templates (unpaid, paid, shipped)?


  1. Masuk ke Aplikasi Quipy
  2. Tekan 'Auto Text' pada menu
  3. Pilih Auto Text Transaksi yang ingin diubah.
  4. Tekan tombol 'Edit'
  5. Ubah template sesuai dengan keinginan. Jangan lupa untuk menambahkan kata kunci penting yang tersedia untuk menampilkan data pelanggan yang diinginkan pada pesan. Misalnya: @namapelanggan, @namatoko, @jasakurir, dan sebagainya.
  6. Tekan tombol 'done'




Bagaimana cara mengubah format order?


  1. Masuk ke Aplikasi Quipy
  2. Tekan 'Auto Text' pada menu
  3. Pilih Auto Text Transaksi yang ingin diubah.
  4. Tekan tombol 'Edit'
  5. Ubah template sesuai dengan keinginan. Jangan lupa untuk menambahkan kata kunci penting yang tersedia agar format order dapat diubah menjadi invoice secara otomatis dengan cara copy paste.
  6. Tekan tombol 'done'




Mengapa saya harus menambahkan @katakunci pada Auto Text Transaksi dan Format Order?


Kata kunci pada Auto Text Transaksi (Unpaid, Paid, Shipped) Kata kunci pada Auto Text Transaksi (unpaid, paid, shipped) digunakan untuk memunculkan data pelanggan pada pesan transaksi. Kata kunci pada Format Order Kata kunci pada Auto Text Format Order digunakan agar Quipy bisa membaca data pelanggan ketika kamu membuat invoice dengan cara copy-paste format order.




How to make my own Auto Text?


  1. Go to Quipy App
  2. Tap 'Auto Text' on menu
  3. Tap 'Add' button
  4. Input Auto Text shortcut title and the auto text.
  5. Tap 'done' button





Product

How to add product?


  1. Go to Quipy App
  2. Tap 'Product' on menu bar
  3. Tap 'Add' button
  4. Add picture and type the product information: name, price, amount of stock, description, size, and weight.
  5. Tap 'Add' button





Transaction

How to make invoice?


Option 1: Copy Paste Format Order

  1. Copy Order Form that has been filled by customer.
  2. Go to Quipy App
  3. Tap 'Transaksi' on menu bar
  4. Tap 'Add' button
  5. Tap on 'paste format order'
  6. Fill in the field that is still empty: the product and logistic.
  7. Tap 'Add' button
Option 2: Buat Invoice Tanpa Format Order
  1. Go to Quipy App
  2. Tap 'Transaksi' on menu bar
  3. Tap 'Add' button
  4. Input transaction data: customer information, shipping information, and purchase details.
  5. Tap 'Add' button




How to change transaction status?


Unpaid to Paid

  1. Go to Quipy App
  2. Tap 'Transaction' on menu bar
  3. Choose the transaction which status want to be changed
  4. Scroll down and tap 'Paid' button
  5. Choose the payment method that is used by the customer
Paid to Shipped
  1. Go to Quipy App
  2. Tap 'Transaction' on menu bar
  3. Choose the transaction which status want to be changed
  4. Scroll down and tap 'Shipped' button
End Shipped Transaction
  1. Go to Quipy App
  2. Tap 'Transaction' on menu bar
  3. Choose the transaction which status want to be changed
  4. Scroll down and tap 'End Transaction' button
  5. Transaction that has been ended will be removed from transaction page





Others

Can I log in multiple devices using 1 account?


Yes, you can log in to several devices using 1 account that you register. Each device can access the same data of product, transaction, and auto text.
